Kashar Center is one of BOLV Construction's most inclusive and forward-thinking residential projects. Unlike previous developments designed for high-end markets, Kashar Center focuses on accessibility, livability, and community impact. Located in the highly urbanized area of Kashar, the project benefits from immediate access to key arterial roads and public infrastructure. Positioned along the banks of the Lana River, the site's natural topography has guided the project's design.
